Were seeking a Civil Designer with experience in both residential and commercial projects. This role involves hands-on design using Civil 3D and AutoCAD, focusing on grading, stormwater, sanitary sewer, and pavement layout. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed site design plans for commercial and residential projects using Civil 3D.
  • Prepare grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and pavement designs in compliance with local codes and standards.
  • Work with engineers and project managers to coordinate design intent and address site-specific constraints.
  • Support the creation of construction documents, including plan sets and utility layouts.
  • Assist with design revisions based on client feedback, permitting requirements, or field changes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in civil site design, with exposure to both commercial and residential projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for grading, utility, and site layout design.
  • Familiarity with stormwater management and utility infrastructure design standards.
  • BS in Civil Engineering preferred, or equivalent technical experience in civil design.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
