Lone Star Cash Homes is actively interviewing for a bilingual Outside Sales Representative to close warm, pre-qualified appointments with motivated property owners in the Midland/Odessa market.
This is a true in-home closing role. The company generates the leads — your focus is building trust, presenting solutions, and securing signed agreements.

What You’ll Do
- Meet in person with motivated homeowners on company-provided appointments
- Conduct conversations in English and Spanish to build clarity and trust
- Understand seller goals and present tailored purchase solutions
- Analyze properties using company tools and pricing guidelines
- Negotiate terms confidently and professionally
- Secure signed purchase contracts that meet company criteria
- Maintain consistent follow-up with your pipeline
- Keep accurate notes and deal status in the CRM
- Coordinate smoothly with internal teams after contract

Qualifications
Required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proven experience closing sales in person (any industry)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and contract terms
- Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused
- High accountability and coachable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
