Manufacturing Coordinator

Description

The Manufacturing Coordinator supports daily manufacturing operations by ensuring production readiness, workflow visibility, and cross-functional alignment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate information, coordinating communication, and supporting execution so that work can move efficiently through Production.

The Manufacturing Coordinator does not own production output or team leadership. Instead, this role enables the Manufacturing Director and Manufacturing Manager by providing structure, follow-through, and real-time visibility into production status, constraints, and priorities.

This position plays a critical role in preventing slowdowns by ensuring that documentation is complete, systems are up to date, and communication between teams is clear and consistent. The Coordinator helps surface issues early, track action items, and maintain operational rhythm across the team.

A successful Manufacturing Coordinator is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying gaps, while maintaining clear communication across Manufacturing, Project Management, Logistics, and Install.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

  • Experience with project or production tracking systems (ClickUp, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Ability to clearly document and communicate issues and updates
