Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid New Hampshire state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience in school-based settings is a plus, though new graduates are welcome
- Understanding of moderate to severe disabilities and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with students, staff, and families
- Ability to support a diverse K-12 caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and share results with multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate on IEP development and implementation
- Provide direct and indirect support to students, including counseling, behavioral interventions, and consultative services
- Assist with crisis intervention, functional behavior assessments, and positive behavior support plans
- Serve as a resource for staff professional development and parent guidance
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely records and documentation
