RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
\n• Every other weekend requirement
\n• First to float to PCU for Med Surg assignment unless telemetry trained
\n• 23-bed unit with maximum patient ratio of 1:6, day shift Monday-Friday ratios are 1:5
\n• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), NIHSS
\n• Holiday requirements: Cannot request more than 1 holiday off during contract (typically May-September and November-January)
\n• Up to 2 required extra shifts per 6 weeks
\n• EPIC charting system
\n• BSN not required
\n• Acute care setting with Level 3 trauma designation
\n• Client may give 2-week notice and call off up to 48 hours per 13 weeks
