Direct Hire/Full Time/Onsite
LHH is hiring a Dispatch/Office Coordinator for a construction waste removal business based in Williamson County. We are looking for candidates who have previous customer office management and scheduling experience. This position plays a key role ensuring projects and budgets are timely/accurate.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize service calls according to level of urgency.
- Forecast schedule for one week ahead.
- Maintain good communication with maintenance companies, assisting technicians with checking in and out, and fulfilling maintenance companies' particular requirements.
- Update and maintain account profiles.
- Preparing outgoing invoices.
- Collect past due invoices.
- Coordinate repair request/pick ups and follow up between delivery drivers and customers.
- Schedule, and update any incoming work orders.
- Work within any different vendor portals to update their job requests and invoicing.
- Order parts, schedule extra equipment needed for delivery and pickup.
Qualifications
Basic Accounting knowledge of receivables
QuickBooks familiarity
Outstanding communication & time management skills
Comfortable working in/out of Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience in an administrative, office management, client/customer support role(s)
Pay range
$52-55,000/yr
