Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic contract position supporting students from PreK through 12th grade, utilizing your expertise as an SLP to make an immediate and lasting impact. This role offers a full-time schedule and a chance to work closely with a collaborative school environment near Plainview, MN. You’ll provide essential speech-language services as part of a multidisciplinary team, addressing a wide range of student needs for the remainder of the school year and into the next.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
  • Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of communication and swallowing disorders in children and adolescents
  • Experience providing services across PreK–12th grade populations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet diverse cultural and individual student needs
  • Active state licensure (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and document findings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals targeting speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services, monitoring progress and updating goals as needed
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate student support
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all district and state guidelines
