Location: South Florida (Remote + Hybrid) (Miami-Dade, Broward, & Palm Beach Counties)
Deluxe Waterproofing & Caulking, Inc. is a leading specialty contractor in waterproofing, concrete restoration, and building envelope services. As we continue to expand our restoration division, we are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to serve as the face of our brand and drive new business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building connections, opening doors, and representing a premium construction brand with confidence and professionalism.
Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will act as our company spokesperson in the marketplace — strengthening existing client relationships, developing new ones, and generating new restoration and service opportunities. This position is remote + hybrid, with occasional in-office collaboration for sales initiatives, strategy sessions, and event planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Deluxe Waterproofing & Caulking at industry and association events
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors, engineers, and owners
- Develop new business opportunities and schedule client meetings and presentations
- Organize and conduct Lunch & Learns and client appreciation events
- Visit client offices and active job sites to support relationship development
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams on growth initiatives
- Assist with LinkedIn and digital brand presence, including coordinating posts and gathering jobsite photos/videos
- Serve as a professional ambassador of the Deluxe brand in all interactions
Work Environment
