Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a Pharmacist to join the newly opened Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy team in Illinois. This is an ongoing part-time position with approximately 30 hours per week, including weekend coverage.

Position Details:
Location: Illinois
Setting: Long-Term Care Pharmacy
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 7:00pm; Saturday 9:00am 2:00pm
Sundays: Emergency orders only, on-call 7:00am 7:00pm (on-call pay $8/hour)

Key Requirements:
Preferred experience with PioneerRx pharmacy software.
Active Illinois Pharmacy License required.
PharmD degree preferred.
