Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for K-12 students in a school setting located in Mc Calla, AL. This contract role begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year, offering an opportunity to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Candidates with experience serving a diverse caseload that includes preschool through 12th grade are encouraged to apply. Part-time and full-time applicants will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to students from preschool through 12th grade.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student performance.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based student intervention strategies.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working in pediatric settings, preferably in schools.
