Material Handler
Company: Electrical Distribution Equipment
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: Starts at $18.00+
Assignment: Temp-Hire
Job Description:
An Electrical Distribution Company is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. These positions are responsible for a variety of company house duties and play a key role in our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Select outbound materials for shipment
- Put away inbound materials
- Pack materials for shipment
- Process UPS shipments
- Perform miscellaneous warehouse duties as assigned
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and utilize proper PPE
- Accurately pick/pull orders from order slips in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (rarely, with team lift available)
- Good attendance record and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately
- Experience in warehouse operations preferred
- Commitment to safety and proper equipment usage
