What Youll Do:
- Pack & Protect Safely and efficiently pack, wrap, and handle household items as if they were your own.
- Move & Load Load and unload items carefully, ensuring damage-free transport.
- Represent the Brand Be punctual, respectful, and professional on every job site.
- Support the Crew Work collaboratively with your team to exceed customer expectations.
- Stay Organized Keep trucks and equipment in good order and follow all company safety protocols.
What Were Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
- Physical stamina (must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly)
- Reliability and punctualityshow up on-time and ready to get the job done
- Clear communication and good customer service skills
- Previous moving experience is a plus but not requiredwell train the right people
