Job DescriptionJob Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our production equipment running smoothly and safely. From responding to breakdowns to performing preventive maintenance, your work will directly support our mission to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and sustainably. You'll collaborate closely with the Maintenance Engineer and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This position involves a night shift schedule consisting of 4 consecutive working nights followed by 4 days off.

What You Will Do

  • Perform changeovers on presses, including die work, to ensure efficient and safe production transitions.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as presses, sealers, scrap systems, and air systems.
  • Adjust and modify equipment to resolve nonconformities, enhance product quality, improve safety, or reduce downtime, in collaboration with Quality Control and management.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and ensuring rapid recovery.
  • Conduct weekly compressor checks and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
  • Receive, sort, and organize spare parts and consumables in accordance with SOP and 5S standards.
  • Maintain and update equipment data in SAP based on MDM requests.
  • Follow all safety protocols and work in compliance with established procedures and maintenance processes.
  • Actively contribute to Maintenance Improvement teams, sharing ideas and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.



We believe you have

  • A technical qualification or diploma in Engineering/Maintenance, or 2-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or spare parts management.
  • Basic SAP knowledge and familiarity with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) tools for breakdown and anomaly analysis.
  • Strong skills in identifying root causes and developing effective countermeasures.
  • Solid technical understanding of machinery and equipment.
  • Familiarity with production processes is a plus.
