Kirst Construction is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day‐to‐day field operations on commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety, and ensuring high‐quality workmanship from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise all on‐site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and daily work plans
- Maintain the project schedule and communicate progress to the Project Manager
- Ensure all work meets company standards, specifications, and safety requirements
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance
- Review drawings, plans, and specifications to guide field operations
- Track manpower, materials, and equipment needs
- Resolve on‐site issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job site conditions
- Complete daily reports and documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Foreman in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem‐solving abilities and attention to detail
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
