We’re expanding our national sales division and looking for Account Executives who combine the drive of a salesperson with the polish of a client strategist. The Role

As a B2E Account Executive, you’ll build your own book of business, prospecting, closing new clients, and managing your accounts through execution. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership and operations to ensure seamless delivery while strengthening long-term client relationships. This is a high-energy, hands-on role for someone who thrives on making calls, pitching ideas, and seeing events go from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social outreach.
  • Present B2E’s event staffing and experiential marketing services with clarity and confidence.
  • Manage client relationships from first contact through post-event follow-up.
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals, quotes, and sales decks.
  • Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure flawless execution of programs.
  • Attend select activations to oversee staffing quality, vendor coordination, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activity within Pipedrive CRM.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape growth strategies, forecast revenue, and develop key accounts.
  • Provide creative input on event concepts and brand activations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, agency, or event marketing environments.
  • Strong communicator with confident phone, email, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Bonus: Experience in event staffing, marketing agencies, or automotive industry.

Compensation & Growth

Competitive base salary plus performance incentives. First-year earnings typically range from $60,000–$85,000, with six-figure potential for top performers as B2E scales. Includes health benefits, HSA, 401(k) contribution, travel reimbursement, milestone bonuses, and flexible PTO.
