Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales representatives focused on converting leads into clients seeking help with IRS and state tax issues. This role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of the tax resolution industry, and a results-oriented mindset to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals while maintaining high compliance and customer service standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with hiring and training of sales staff alongside Recruiter and Corporate Trainer
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; monitor performance metrics.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
- Monitor lead flow and ensure proper follow-up protocols are being followed.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and mentoring to improve individual and team success.
- Ensure team compliance with IRS regulations and internal company policies during the client onboarding process.
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and trends to identify areas of improvement and forecast future performance.
- Collaborate with the case management department to ensure smooth client handoff and consistent client experience.
- Provides leadership to the sales team.
- Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
- Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
- Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

Education and Experience
- 3-5 years sales management experience
- 1-2 years in tax resolution, debt relief, financial services or similar industry (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits
- $80,000 annually
