SRS is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing recruiting team. This role is vital to ensuring seamless recruitment operations and delivering exceptional candidate experience. You will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end hiring process in an ever-changing agile, rapid and fast-moving environment. This role will report to and work closely with the Head of Recruiting.

Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the entire recruitment lifecycle (i.e., candidate sourcing, resume review to offer stage and onboarding)
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones (CONUS / OCONUS) and stakeholders
  • Manage job postings and ensure accuracy across platforms
  • Support candidate pipeline management and initial screening efforts
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates to provide excellent interview experience
  • Track and maintain applicant data in Paylocity (ATS)
  • Directly support and collaborate with the Head of Recruiting and Business Managers to ensure alignment of hiring priorities
  • Proactively troubleshoot scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes
  • Help drive improvements in recruiting processes and candidate engagement
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in an agile, evolving environment
  • Maintains strict confidentiality throughout the recruitment process, ensuring sensitive candidate and company information is handled with the highest level of discretion and in compliance with all privacy regulations; fosters trust and integrity in every stage of the hiring lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter AND Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar recruiting operations role (i.e., Conducting Resume Reviews, Candidate Sourcing, Phone Screens, Interview Coordination/Scheduling to Offer Negotiation and Offer Acceptance)
  • Prior experience supporting full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-change, agile environments
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Experience with scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems (i.e., Paylocity, Google App Suite, MS Office Suite)
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, inclusive candidate experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Paylocity (Strongly Preferred)
  • Familiarity with remote and/or global hiring practices
  • Demonstrated ability to improve recruiting processes and workflows
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership or executive teams
