Job Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Description:
We are seeking a Wound Care Certified Registered Nurse (RN) for a remote position supporting clinical care delivery. This role focuses on providing expert wound care management, utilizing telehealth platforms, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Equipment will be provided for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized wound care assessments and management
• Utilize telehealth systems to support patient care remotely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for treatment planning
• Document patient care using electronic medical records (Epic)
• Ensure continuity and quality of care in a virtual clinical setting

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Alaska license required prior to start date)
• Acute wound care experience – required
• Experience with Epic – required
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Telehealth experience
• Wound care certification from a nationally accredited organization, such as:
  • Wound Care Certified (WCC) – National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy (NAWCCB)
  • Certified Wound Care Specialist (CWS) – American Board of Wound Management
  • Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) – Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Board
