Salary: $104,000 - $176,000 per year

Job Details
- Deliver specialized women’s health care in collaboration with physicians
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
- Utilize EHR and other clinical systems proficiently
- Support organizational quality measures and participate in department goals
Skills You Need
- Current Connecticut APRN license and DEA/narcotic registration eligibility
- Proven ability to deliver culturally competent, evidence-based care
- Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills
- 1–2 years of experience in ambulatory or urgent care settings preferred
