Delmar Gardens of O'Fallon is seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for day shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, quality, nursing care to residents and short-term rehab patients
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
• Must be able to work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the level of care provided is fully supported in the documentation
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Experience in rehabilitation or short-term care preferred
• MDS and care plan experience in long-term care strongly preferred
• Must be proficient in electronic health record systems
• Familiarity with MatrixCare EHR software is a plus
