About the Role
We are supporting the hiring efforts for a Sales Representative opening in the Twin Falls territory. This role focuses on selling uniform rental programs and workplace services to businesses across a wide range of industries. The ideal candidate is a driven, relationship-focused sales professional with proven success in a similar route-based or service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new business within the assigned territory
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and key decision-makers
- Develop territory strategies and manage a steady sales pipeline
- Partner with operations and service teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Track all activities, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools
- Professionally represent the company’s brand and value proposition in the field
Requirements
- Previous industry experience required (uniform rental, facility services, industrial services, route-based sales, or similar B2B service model)
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong prospecting and territory development skills
- Comfortable operating in an outside-sales, field-based environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Valid driver’s license
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
