We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Service Associate (CSA). This position is ideal for individuals with at least three years of professional experience who thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The CSA plays a key role in supporting our advisory team by preparing paperwork, ensuring client accounts are accurately established and properly maintained, and delivering exceptional ongoing service. Responsibilities include coordinating new account setup, processing account maintenance requests, and ensuring all actions are completed accurately and on time. The CSA will also assist with office operations, contribute to the development and refinement of internal procedures, and help lead process improvement initiatives. As a front-facing team member, the CSA will greet clients in the office, manage incoming phone calls, and serve as a consistent and professional point of contact for client service needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain client information in our records database
- Prepare required documentation to open and/or maintain client accounts to the specifications requested by the Advisor
- Draft, review, or edit client correspondence for Advisors, if needed
- Assist in the preparation of materials for upcoming client meetings
- Become a subject matter expert in operational policies and procedures
- Conduct phone calls with financial custodians to research potential issues within client accounts
- Assist in developing processes and procedures that enhance accuracy and streamline processes
- Assist in setting and continually meeting project expectations with team members and management
- Assist clients with deposits and withdrawals to managed accounts
- Greets clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office
- Handle incoming client telephone calls
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
- Superior phone skillsfriendly and helpful in all interactions on the phone
- A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with precision

- Required to be in office Monday-Thursday, work from home on Friday, if desired
