Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scanning Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of our office. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in data entry, and a solid understanding of office procedures. The Clerk will work closely with other team members to ensure accurate data management and effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring all information is current and correct
- Conduct filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access to information
- Assist in data collection and transcription of important documents
- Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, memos, and other documents
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Experience
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical duties
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior administrative experience will be an advantage
