Whether you've just graduated and are pursuing a career in dentistry, are planning to become a dentist, or are looking to make a career change into dental assisting, no experience is required. We're happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us!
As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and clinical staff to provide high-quality care to patients. This includes preparing exam rooms, assisting with procedures, taking X-rays, and ensuring patients are comfortable throughout their visit. You'll be a vital part of creating a welcoming and efficient dental experience.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. This role is essential to ensuring an excellent patient experience and supporting clinical efficiency. Schedule:
- 8-hour shift

Pay:
- From $18-$22 per hour
Compensation:
$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist chair-side during exams and procedures
- Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment
- Take dental x-rays and impressions
- Record medical and dental histories and vital signs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Follow OSHA and HIPAA safety guidelines
- Support daily operations and occasional front desk needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Dental Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent experience)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
