The PM will lead projects that directly improve efficiency, automation, and user experience while partnering with business and technology leaders. Known for its collaborative culture and strong leadership visibility, the team is crucial to competitive strategy, focusing on improving fulfillment to compete with Amazon and Wayfair, and enhancing services for professional customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hands-on experience of WMS/LMS/WCS/WES systems such as Manhattan Associates (preferred) or Honeywell Best, Blue Yonder, Infor, etc.
  • 3-6 years of product management experience in an Agile environment (writing user stories/managing backlogs/cross-functional collaboration)
  • Hands-on experience within a supply chain/logistics specific environment (working with WMS systems, distribution fulfillment centers, etc.)
  • Experience in modern software development practices and Agile methodologies, including XP principles (paired programming, test-driven development, and continuous deployment)
  • Experience working within a balanced team environment handling multiple workflows, and prioritizing specific projects effectively
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Strong culture fit, go-getter attitude

PLUS SKILLS:

  • Experience as a technical stakeholder with WMS systems or applications (i.e. DC Systems Coordinator, WMS Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Specialist, etc.)
  • AI/Robotics experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive product strategy and execution for LMS/WMS/WCS/WES initiatives, starting with a major Labor Management System rollout
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Business Stakeholders, Finance) to deliver high-value solutions
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and release plans, balancing business goals, user needs, and insights from research, testing, and analytics
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, iteration planning, retrospectives, demos) while ensuring progress and alignment with strategy.
  • Conduct user research, testing, and competitive analysis to inform decisions
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Serve as an advocate for modern product practices (XP, agile, TDD, continuous deployment) and mentor more junior team members when needed
