Midway Plumbing is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Representative to be the welcoming voice of our company. This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the importance of first impressions, and enjoys helping people solve problems with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming client calls promptly (ideally before the third ring) using the approved company greeting
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and deliver a warm, courteous, and professional experience every time
- Prioritize client needs above all other tasks and ensure they feel well cared for and valued
- Accurately schedule service and maintenance appointments, coordinating with technicians to ensure on-time service
- Notify clients proactively if there are any scheduling delays and work to rebook at their convenience
- Make outbound calls to Club Membership clients to schedule seasonal maintenance and maximize appointment volume
- Support the team in meeting daily goals for service and repair calls, which help generate future replacement opportunities
- Assist with dispatching as needed to maintain scheduling efficiency without compromising customer satisfaction
- Maintain clear communication with technicians and office staff to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold Midway Plumbing’s Code of Ethics and Team Rules at all times
Requirements:What You Bring
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (required)
- Knowledge of plumbing or home services industry (preferred)
- A courteous and pleasant demeanor—whether on the phone or off
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks with ease
- Familiarity with scheduling or dispatch software (a plus)
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
