Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist providing telehealth services to support student mental health and educational development. This position focuses on delivering psychological assessments, evaluations, and counseling interventions remotely to promote positive outcomes for students.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting telehealth psychological evaluations and assessments
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing counseling and consultation services to address behavioral and emotional concerns through remote platforms
- Documenting findings and maintaining accurate records in compliance with educational and legal standards
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience delivering psychological services in a school setting, preferably via telehealth
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, procedures, and assessment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently in a remote environment
