Join a powerhouse commercial roofing team tackling some of the most complex reroofing and new-construction projects across the Western US. This is a high-impact Estimator role for someone who knows the Commercial Roofing market, can price everything from service repairs to multi-million-dollar systems, and wants to be a key driver in growth.

Job Details
- Lead full estimating efforts for commercial reroofing, tenant improvement, service/repair scopes, and new-build projects
- Analyze drawings, specs, site conditions, and system requirements (BUR, TPO, PVC, coatings, shingles, tile, etc.)
- Manage takeoffs, quotes, proposals, bid schedules, and client deliverables
- Work directly with clients, GCs, and vendors to clarify scope and pricing
- Support PMs through procurement, value engineering, and job kickoff
- Help refine internal pricing models, processes, and cost databases
- Participate in pre-bid walks, subcontractor negotiations, and bid presentations
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers in the region
What You Bring
- 5–10+ years of dedicated commercial roofing estimating experience
- Deep familiarity with the commercial roofing market
- Strong understanding of TPO, PVC, BUR, coatings, metal roofing, and waterproofing
- Ability to manage multiple bids under fast timelines
- Proficiency with industry estimating tools (EDGE, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.)
- Excellent communication—internally and externally
- Strong financial acumen and high attention to detail
