Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an impact helping students thrive through communication! Several onsite, part-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunities are available for the upcoming academic year in the Anoka, MN area. Support K-12 learners in dynamic school environments and collaborate with experienced teams committed to each child’s success.

Assignments begin late August 2026 and run through early June 2027, aligning with the academic calendar. Multiple part-time placements are available across area schools, with versatile scheduling to support work-life balance. Both ASHA-certified clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply!

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Minnesota SLP license, with dual certification (attach a PDF copy with resume for consideration)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred, but open to new graduates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized education program (IEP) meetings
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
