Administrative Specialist (Part-Time, Onsite – Lansdale, PA)
CMI has an opportunity available for a Part-Time Administrative Specialist based in Lansdale, PA. This role is 100% onsite, working 3 days per week (8 hours per day).
This position is primarily focused on administrative operations. Candidates with prior exposure to Accounts Receivable (AR) or an interest in learning AR processes are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including answering incoming calls, managing mail and shipments, and maintaining office organization and cleanliness
- Coordinate meetings, catering, and facility-related needs with building management
- Order office supplies and equipment; manage inventory levels
- Maintain timesheet records for designated employees
- Create and distribute training materials, certificates, and internal communications
- Edit and format documents as needed; order business cards
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals) for employees
- Manage company vehicle schedules, maintenance, and usage tracking
- Prepare and distribute reports and assist with equipment testing
- Facilitate badge administration and quarterly updates
- Perform occasional local errands (e.g., supplies, equipment delivery, catering pickup)
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of administrative experience required
- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience is a plus, or willingness to learn
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills, including handling sensitive or challenging situations
- Availability to work onsite in Lansdale, PA for a minimum of 24 hours per week
