We are currently looking for a skilled and board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to become a part of our OB/GYN Hospitalist service located in Davenport, IA.

What We Offer

• Full-time Employment: Engage in 7 in-house 24-hour shifts each month with a flexible schedule. Part-time and PRN positions are also available.
• Clinical Responsibilities: Manage OB and GYN emergencies in the emergency room and during labor and delivery, provide care for unassigned patients, and accept/manage transfers from smaller regional hospitals.
• Support Role: Offer backup call for the OB/GYN practice.
• Teaching Opportunities: Supervise first and second-year family medicine residents, along with one FM-OB fellow.
• Birth Statistics: Participate in approximately 1,000+ births annually.
• NICU Facilities: Work in a Level II NICU with on-site neonatologists.

Recruitment Package

• Compensation: $4,709 per 24-hour on-site shift.
• Signing Bonus: $150,000 commencement bonus.
• Loan Forgiveness: Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
• Relocation Support: Up to $15,000 for relocation expenses.
• CME Allowance: $6,000 for continuing medical education.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) with matching contributions, and a 457(b) plan—benefits commence on the first day of employment.
• Malpractice Insurance: Coverage provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN.
• Capability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa.
• Current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to the practice.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates are encouraged to apply).
