Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, serving students from kindergarten through 8th grade. This onsite role is based in Aurora, CO, and offers a consistent schedule from Tuesday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, totaling 32 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for speech and language disorders in a K-8 school setting.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and therapy sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the educational environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Experience working within a school setting or with a school-aged caseload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff.
- Ability to work onsite in Aurora, CO, adhering to scheduled hours and school policies.
