- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
Requirements
- Oregon Property & Casualty License (Preferred but not Required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in using agency management systems and standard office software.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
