Job DescriptionSalary:

We are a fast-paced, multi-specialty dental practice committed to delivering excellent patient care in a professional and friendly environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures including exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and surgical procedures.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
  • Record patients' medical history and vital signs.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
  • Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures.
  • Maintain dental supply inventory and order materials as needed.
  • Perform laboratory tasks such as pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns.
  • Comply with OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a certified dental assistant program preferred.
  • X-ray certification (if required by state).
  • CPR certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent patient care focus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
