Job Summary
We are currently looking for Nurturing, Energetic, and Fun Loving Teachers & Caregivers for our Infant, Toddler and Preschool classrooms (Full and P/T positions) who want to be an essential part of a strong Early Learning team.
An ideal candidate for our new Childcare/Preschool Center should be totally passionate about giving our children the greatest foundation one could have as they implement The Learning Experience's proprietary curriculum "LEARN-PLAY-GROW" to address each child's physical, cognitive, social and emotional development.
Our centers are like a home away from home that ensure a child’s learning is comfortable, enjoyable and of course fun!

Therefore, staff must ~
- Love the children in your care.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
- Establish a positive relationship with each child while providing warm and competent care
- Know your children’s individual personalities and learning needs
- Show a genuine interest in each child’s learning ability through conversation and play.
- Guide and encourage a child’s learning experience with age appropriate expectations, encouragement and praise.
- Assist children in making right choices and gently guide them within the boundaries you have set in your classroom
- Be professional in your appearance and behavior
- Partner with families by encouraging them to visit, by providing information about the their child’s daily activities and maintaining confidentiality
Responsibilities and Duties
Create a pleasant, nurturing classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and secure
Classroom management in accordance with the goals and proprietary curriculum of the Learning Experience
Establish routines and transition activities appropriate to the developmental stage of the children
Develop lesson plans that are fun and engaging using various teaching strategies, which meet the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs of each child
Be cognizant of the State Licensing Rules & Regulations
Provide positive guidance to help children understand and develop respectful relationships among peers
Maintain written records designed to evaluate each child
Partner with parents with a welcoming, informative relationship
Develop & maintain courteous and professional communication with parents
Contribute to Center Operations—Participate in monthly staff meetings & other Center activities
Share your “Team Member Attitude”
Demonstrate your Enthusiasm and a Sense of Humor while enjoying each teaching moment
Qualifications and Skills
1-2 years experience in childcare and/or preschool
Satisfy mandatory clearances ~ we can assist with clearances
High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years experience working with children
CDA, AA, BA or BS in Education and or Human Services field preferred
Warm, Friendly and Supportive Attitude toward children
Ability to work as a Team member
Ability to always maintain Respectful Communication Skills with parents & co-workers
