Key Responsibilities

Process and code accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.

Generate customer invoices, monitor receivables, and follow up on outstanding balances.

Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and credit card transactions.

Prepare AR/AP reports and assist with month-end close.

Maintain organized and accurate financial records in compliance with company policy.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years of accounts receivable/payable experience.

Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or comparable).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Professional communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.
