Full-Time Position - Monday to Thursday

Our organization is deeply integrated into the community and dedicated to the patients we serve. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support necessary.

  • Become part of a collaborative team of 12 that values communication and community.
  • Work schedule: Monday 8 AM - 5 PM, Tuesday 9 AM - 6 PM, Wednesday 8 AM - 5 PM, Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • Current CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience as a hygienist is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome.
  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and skill development to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.
  • Clinical requirements as needed by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling essential job functions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. Arrangements for the test will be made during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
