Shift: Friday & Saturday 11pm - 7am - Please only apply if you can work this shift/hours!

???? About the Role As a Program Associate, you’ll join an interdisciplinary team providing daily, trauma-informed support to women at Sharon’s Place. From crisis de-escalation to care coordination, you'll be on the front lines of compassion and empowerment.
???? Your Impact

Build genuine connections with residents

Assist with referrals, case plans, and service documentation (HMIS/OCTO)

Respond to urgent needs and enforce program rules
-
Conduct room, locker, and drug screenings
-
Maintain medication logs and help with refills
-
Collaborate in team meetings and quality improvement efforts

Liaise with outside stakeholders when needed
???? What You Bring

Minimum:
-
Bachelor’s + 1 year social services experience, OR
-
HS diploma + 2–5 years direct experience
-

Preferred:
-
Experience with vulnerable populations and DC’s HMIS
-
Strong cultural competence and communication skills
-
Calm under pressure, highly organized, and tech-savvy
