We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team serving both our Brandon and Largo locations.

Our collaborative teams of otolaryngologists, allergists, audiologists, and allied health professionals deliver a full continuum of patient-centered services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinical team.The Role:Working in close partnership with our ENT physicians and care team, you will evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan presenting with voice, swallowing, resonance, and upper airway disorders in a dynamic outpatient specialty clinic environment.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing function
  • Perform and interpret flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) in coordination with the ENT team
  • Provide evidence-based treatment for dysphagia, dysphonia, laryngeal disorders, and resonance conditions
  • Administer videostroboscopy and assist with laryngeal imaging procedures as needed
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
  • Collaborate closely with otolaryngologists, allergists, nurses, and care coordinators for integrated patient care
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, home programs, and prevention strategies
  • Participate in departmental case conferences and continuing education activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • Active Florida state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Clinical Fellowship year completed
  • Strong clinical foundation in dysphagia and voice disorders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in ENT, hospital, or head & neck oncology setting
  • FEES training and/or certification
  • Experience with voice therapy techniques (resonant voice, Lee Silverman, etc.)
  • Familiarity with laryngoscopy and stroboscopy procedures
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Physical Demands:

Coordination, manual, and physical dexterity sufficient to properly and adequately use various items of medical equipment and office equipment as required of the position or directed by the Manager. The position may involve sitting, standing, bending, and stooping. Incumbent must also be able to assist patients in transferring from wheelchair to an exam chair, when necessary. Responsibilities may also require the incumbent to travel between ENTAAF offices for support purposes. The incumbent must also be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
