Professional Search Group OC is partnering with a leading manufacturing client in Anaheim to identify a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level MIG/TIG Welder for a full-time, 1st shift opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with foundational welding experience to expand their skills in both manual and robotic welding within a production-driven environment.

Position Details

  • Job Title: Entry-Level MIG/TIG Welder
  • Schedule: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
  • Pay Rate: $22–$23 per hour
  • Location: Anaheim, CA
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
Our client is seeking an entry-level MIG/TIG Welder with at least one year of hands-on experience working with carbon steel. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise while supporting production operations through blueprint reading, basic assembly, and quality welding practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
  • Complete basic assembly of parts and subassemblies
  • Operate and support robotic welding systems
  • Inspect welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety standards and company procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of MIG/TIG welding experience (carbon steel required)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
  • Basic mechanical assembly skills
  • Willingness to learn and work with robotic welding equipment
  • Ability to lift up to [insert weight] and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for a 1st shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
