\n\nJob Description\n
Join our dedicated team at a P4 Trauma Center, offering critical care in an Emergency Room setting. The center is equipped with 28 beds and 2 designated trauma/code rooms, with an average patient volume of 70-75 per day. The role involves managing a diverse range of medical and surgical conditions, including trauma, sepsis, and overdose management.
\n\nResponsibilities\n
- \n
- Provide critical patient care in the ER, managing patients with varying acuity levels.
- Administer critical care drips, manage complex respiratory needs, and perform necessary nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and mid-level providers to deliver optimal care.
- Utilize advanced skills such as BiPap, Cpap, and mechanical ventilation.
- Monitor patient vitals and conduct rapid assessments to ensure timely interventions.

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
- TNCC certification required by October 2026.
- Experience in critical care settings and with complex medical conditions.
- Ability to draw radial ABGs and administer various critical care drips.
