Deliver expert perioperative nursing care in a dynamic operating room environment located in Meridian, ID. This travel opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with 10-hour shifts from 6:15 AM to 5:15 PM, providing a structured workweek with non-consecutive but predictable days off. The role requires availability for 2-3 call shifts every six weeks, covering weekends and holidays, with 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. On-call responsibilities include up to one stay-late shift weekly, with a defined on-call window to balance professional commitment and personal time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality surgical nursing care in the operating room.
- Respond promptly within a 30-minute window as required by the facilitys level 2 trauma center status.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and effective surgical outcomes.
- Manage preoperative and postoperative nursing duties with strong attention to detail.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active RN licensure with perioperative nursing experience.
- Strong knowledge of operating room protocols and sterile techniques.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including call shifts and stay-late responsibilities.
- Trauma care experience preferred but not required.
Schedule:
- 10-hour day shifts: 6:15 AM 5:15 PM, consistent days weekly.
- Call shifts: 2-3 twelve-hour shifts per six weeks including weekends/holidays.
- Up to one stay late on-call shift per week.
