Job DescriptionCDR ProSource is seeking Packaging Associates for one of our clients in Bristol, IN . This role is ideal for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who want to grow in a production and warehouse environment.The Packaging Associate will be responsible for scanning finished products, inspecting wood panels for quality, and building customized pallet patterns according to client specifications. This position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow precise instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:45am - 2:15pmShift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect wood panels for defects, accuracy, and overall quality before packaging.
- Verify measurements, finish, and craftsmanship meet company standards.
- Identify, document, and tag products that do not meet requirements.
- Communicate quality issues to leads or supervisors.
- Scan finished products for accurate tracking and inventory control.
- Stack wood panels on skids according to client-specific patterns.
- Build stable, organized, and accurate pallet configurations.
- Verify labels, counts, and packaging accuracy before shipment.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Communicate any discrepancies or concerns to team leads.
- Follow all safety and production procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in packaging, quality control, or warehouse preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
- Ability to use handheld scanners and basic technology (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to lift, stack, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
