GoldBook Financial is seeking a full-time, on-site Vice President of Sales Management. (Sales Manager).

Serving our two southern California offices located in La Jolla and Costa Mesa.

Required:

· Must be able to work and commute to each office.

· Proven experience and success in the sale of protection and investments products. And/or management of a successful sales team.

· FINRA licenses: 7 and 66 , 63 or 65 .

· Life, Accident and Health Insurance license.

Good To Know:

Our sales manager’s role is a hybrid position and can retain ownership of a book of business and maintain personal production.

This role’s focus and priority is to ensure sales growth by recruiting, developing, and leading a team of financial advisors to meet annual production targets from the sale of protection and investment products, financial planning and wealth management services.

How will you achieve success in driving results?

  • Engage in front-line recruiting of financial professionals.
  • Coach, mentor and supervise new recruits.
  • Develop and grow a production unit with an emphasis of retaining for success.
  • Establish networks and cultivate referrals to generate a steady stream of candidates/
  • Broaden and deepen your skillset through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates.

Compensation:

Please note the salary range posted is an estimated range.

Actual minimum compensation will be determined by years of experience, personal prior production, and/or team production if currently in a sales manager role.

Total compensation will also include commissions, overrides, bonuses and a robust benefits package.
