Job DescriptionJoin an industry-leading manufacturer of composite pressurized vessels and play a vital role in precision production. As a Winder, you’ll operate specialized machinery to fabricate high-quality components used across aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors. Ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a passion for hands-on work in a high-tech environment.Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate winding machines for composite production
- Load and unload liners; secure materials in place for processing
- Operate and monitor automated winding systems
- Apply composite fibers and resins following precise layering specifications
- Inspect finished vessels to ensure they meet strict quality standards
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of winding equipment
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery preferred
- Mechanical ability and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to complete pre-employment screening

The base salary for this position is $18/hr. or more depending on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will be based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and company pay structure. Hiring at the top of the range is rare, allowing room for future growth.
