Entry-Level Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Leominster, MA
Pay Rate: $22-$25 hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Part time with the possibility for full time advancement.

Responsibilities
- Process daily accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain organized vendor files and records
- Review purchase orders, pricing, invoices and vendor statements for accuracy.
- Reconcile cash drawers and bank deposits
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Update spreadsheets and reports using inventory and financial software (QuickBooks experience a plus!)
- Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Assist sales staff with refunds
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Highly organized, dependable, and a collaborative team player
- Ability to work independently after training
- Prior office or administrative experience a plus
- Some experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred
