Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Marion, NC, for a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Secretary. The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities, maintaining accurate financial records, handling payroll within QuickBooks, handling sales & use taxes, and maintaining journal entries.
This position will also collaborate with other team members to support the company.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience in Payroll along with taxes accompanied with a resale business.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus
