Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Counselor (LADC) in Sauk Rapids, MN, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $62,000-$75,728 annually.
- Perform the 12 core functions and apply Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension knowledge.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse norms.
- Assist clients with payer mechanisms, communicate clinical criteria, and obtain funding authorizations.
- Maintain professional licensure and follow client admission/discharge procedures as directed.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings.
- Must have current Minnesota LADC license and pass DHS background checks.
- Work in person in Sauk Rapids and be willing to relocate if necessary.
