- Obtains and enters accurate and timely HR information and payroll data into the payroll system.
- Analyzes and inputs timecard data to computerized payroll system for payroll. Maintains confidentiality of all Company, employee and/or customer data and sensitive information.
- Lead 1-2 Certified Payroll Reporting team members.
- Partner cross functionally with PM team.
- Ensures employee wages are paid in accordance with all applicable collective bargaining agreements.
- Processes payroll changes including new hires, promotions, terminations, transfers, leave of absences, garnishments, manual checks, and various payroll deductions, etc.
- Ensures compliance with and follows controls to achieve an error free payroll and detects any discrepancies before they appear on an employee’s check or impact payroll.
- Responds in an accurate and timely manner to all management and employee inquiries.
- Consults with others as needed to help resolve issues and appropriately communicate with the concerned parties.
- Tracks and submits certified reports to ensure compliance for prevailing wage jobs.
- Scans and archives or files payroll-related documents, following all Company approved policies and procedures for document handling and retention.
- Cultivates strong and cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers that reflect and support the Company’s core values and meet or exceed the customer’s expectations.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.67/hr.
