Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant, also referred to as an Escrow Support Processor, for a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity in the Phoenix, AZ area, with potential locations in West Phoenix, Mesa, or Phoenix. This role is ideal for someone with escrow processing experience who enjoys high-volume document work, accuracy, and supporting smooth residential escrow transactions.
In this position, you will provide centralized clerical and processing support for escrow openings and closings. You will help reduce branch-level workload by managing escrow-related documents, following established procedures, and ensuring information is processed accurately and on time.
This is a strong opportunity for a motivated escrow professional who wants to build long-term career stability in the banking, real estate, mortgage, and consumer lending space. The role offers a supportive team environment, training on internal processes, and the opportunity to contribute to a well-organized escrow operation with clear procedures and collaborative leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residential escrow openings and closings by processing high-volume administrative paperwork.
- Review, organize, and manage escrow-related documents with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate instructions and information to escrow branches while supporting internal workflow needs.
- Follow escrow procedures and maintain awareness of applicable compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Help ensure smooth escrow operations by completing assigned processing tasks efficiently and correctly.
- Support centralized clerical functions that reduce workload for branch escrow teams.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary, temp-to-perm opportunity.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Location: West Phoenix, Mesa, or Phoenix, AZ.
